Tackling Climate Change

Catalyst 2030 - Climate Action Plan

The consequences of human induced climate change on the environment are becoming increasingly evident. To play our part in combating climate change, LCI launched its Catalyst 2030 - Climate Action Plan in FY 2022-23. Through this initiative, we pledge to embrace nature and science based solutions for sustainable improvements and neutralise 80,000 tonnes of carbon emissions by 2030.

Pehchan Volunteer Programme

LCI encourages its employees to commit to social and environmental causes of their choice, calling on their generosity to make a meaningful impact through the Pehchan Volunteer Programme.

Through various initiatives, employees can apply their personal and professional expertise to take part in volunteering initiatives and devote up to two working days (or 16 working hours) annually on Company time in pursuit of volunteer work.
